The year is 2052 and the strongest world powers have begun to marshal their forces and set their hungry eyes on territory that is vast and with plentiful resources. Economies have risen and fallen, alliances have been formed across countries and old grievances have returned. Conflict 2052 has begun and the possibility of the next world war is on the horizon. This is the last great struggle for total global unity or utter world annihilation.
Conflict 2052 is a strategic war game of espionage and diplomacy for 4-6 players. Become the leader and fill the shoes of a president, emperor or tsar and take command of one of 6 world super powers. Gain access to strategically unique special units and racial bonuses. Forge alliances, trade to strengthen your economy or turn an entire country into a warzone by using direct warfare and the technology of tomorrow.
2052 uses a simultaneous turn system allowing all players to act at the same time and skipping any lengthy delays between turns. Regardless of your personal agenda, diplomacy and player interaction is at the heart of Conflict 2052. UN sanctions can be employed to protect underhanded players from natural disasters, imposed war and even genocide.
