What inspires you:

I like the classics, the tales of good verses evil and the images which they evoke. So I guess its the narrative which informs and inspires the art. For example, when I create a signature I try to get as much information as I can from the client. I’ve done many images for role players and the story of their creature gives me the template to build the image.

As for art style:
I am a little bipolar when it comes to art style. I love clean lines and direct bold images, but although I find ultra realistic art and the skill required to produce it astonishing, I tend to shy away from it personally. I like to see the artist on the canvas, their hand in the mix. So I am more a lover of Monet than early Chuck Close.
